By accessing or using PreDetail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

PreDetail is a web-based platform that enables mobile car detailing professionals to create pre-service vehicle inspection reports. The Service allows users to document vehicle condition through photos, notes, and digital signatures before performing detailing work.

3. Account Registration

To use PreDetail, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• PreDetail Pro is available as a monthly subscription at $39.99/month.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PreDetail only for its intended purpose — creating vehicle inspection reports for your auto detailing business. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PreDetail, including photos, notes, and inspection data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PreDetail is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Inspection reports created through the Service will be legally sufficient in all jurisdictions.
• The Service will meet all of your specific requirements.

PreDetail is a documentation tool — it is not a substitute for professional legal advice. We recommend consulting with a legal professional about the enforceability of digital inspection reports in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreDetail and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
